Ink & Code is a very small, two-person studio. All items are designed, created, packed, and shipped by hand. Due to the fragile nature of many of our pieces, shipping options are intentionally limited to ensure items arrive safely.
Some fragile or oversized items are available only within the United States or the United States and Canada. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly noted on the product’s page before purchase.
Ink & Code ships from the United States and shipping rates are determined by the size of the package required to safely ship your order, not by a single flat rate.
Rates are calculated using predefined package sizes (such as flat envelopes, padded envelopes, or boxes) based on the item(s) in your order. This allows us to charge more accurately for packing materials, protection, and carrier costs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
United States
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Canada
Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks
Tracking is included whenever available.
Other Countries in the Americas
Estimated delivery: 2–5 weeks
Tracking is included whenever available. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once a package leaves the United States.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Processing times may be longer during shop updates, events, or busy seasons.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order enters international transit, delivery timelines and tracking updates are outside of our control.
