Ink & Code is a very small, two-person studio. All items are designed, created, packed, and shipped by hand. Due to the fragile nature of many of our pieces, shipping options are intentionally limited to ensure items arrive safely.
Some fragile or oversized items are only available for local pickup. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly noted on the product’s page before purchase.
Ink & Code ships from the United States and shipping rates are determined by the size of the package required to safely ship your order, not by a single flat rate.
Rates are calculated using predefined package sizes (such as flat envelopes, padded envelopes, or boxes) based on the item(s) in your order. This allows us to charge more accurately for packing materials, protection, and carrier costs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Processing times may be longer during shop updates, events, or busy seasons.
Once an order enters transit, delivery timelines and tracking updates are outside of our control.
